For clients who are minors, their records will be kept for a minimum of 7 years and until the client turns 19.

You have the right to request access to your personal information and to request corrections if you believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, subject to legal and clinical limitations. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for the time to collect, copy, and print these documents.

While reasonable efforts are made to protect electronic communications, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are encouraged to consider the limits of confidentiality when communicating via email or online forms.

12. Compliance with PIPEDA and PIPA

This Practice complies with:
